Lake City Restoration Promotes Ciera Baker to Cleaning Services Director

Ciera Baker has been promoted to Cleaning Services Director, a role that recognizes her experience, dedication, and commitment to delivering high-quality restoration services for our clients.

Leading Contents and Structural Cleaning Services

In her new role, Ciera oversees all aspects of contents restoration and structural cleaning services. This includes pack-out and pack-back operations, contents cleaning, deodorization, and in-house cleaning processes.

She also plays a key role in developing operational strategies, training programs, and performance plans to ensure consistent, top-tier service on every job.

Her leadership helps ensure that our cleaning and contents teams have the tools, training, and support they need to care for our clients during difficult situations.

A Strong Background in Professional Cleaning

Ciera brings years of professional cleaning experience to Lake City Restoration. Before joining our team in 2022, she worked with Maid Pro, where she developed a strong foundation in detailed, process-driven cleaning.

Since joining Lake City Restoration, she has continued to expand her expertise in contents and structure cleaning.

She has earned IICRC certifications in Contents Cleaning and Fire Restoration (FRST), further strengthening her ability to lead our cleaning services with knowledge and precision.

A Natural Fit for Leadership

Over the years, Ciera has served in multiple roles within the company, most recently as Office Manager. In that position, she managed job documentation, communicated with homeowners and insurance companies, and helped improve internal systems to enhance organization and efficiency across departments.
